Refunds & Cancellation

Weddings are stressful enough. This page says plainly how to stop paying us and when you can have your money back.

Signature, billed monthly

• Signature starts with a three-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are charged nothing at all.
• After that it renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard, and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. You keep access until then.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee, and we do not ask why.
• Because you keep the service until the end of the paid month, part-months are not normally refunded.

Heirloom, paid once

• Heirloom is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
• If you change your mind within 14 days of buying, and you have not yet sent invitations to your guests, write to us and we will refund you in full.
• Once invitations have gone out, the service has been delivered, so a refund is at our discretion. Ask anyway if something has gone wrong; see below.

If something goes wrong at our end

If Sealed fails in a way that spoils your celebration, that is a different matter from changing your mind, and we will put it right. Depending on what happened, that may mean a full refund, a partial refund, or extending your plan. Write to danialsaleemm1995@gmail.com and tell us what happened.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase made online within a cooling-off period. Nothing on this page reduces those rights. Note that by opening your celebration to guests you may be asking us to begin the service immediately, which can affect that right.

How to ask

Email danialsaleemm1995@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us which plan you are on. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We would much rather fix the problem, and a chargeback raised without contacting us may result in the celebration being suspended while it is resolved.
