Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Choudhry Enterprise LLC when you use Sealed. Please read them: by creating an account you are agreeing to them.

1. Who we are

Sealed is operated by Choudhry Enterprise LLC, of 10639 E Briarwood Ave, Centennial, CO 80112. You can reach us at danialsaleemm1995@gmail.com.

2. What Sealed does

Sealed lets you build an online invitation for a celebration, send a private link to each household, collect replies, and share photographs and messages with the people you invite. We provide the software. The celebration, and everything you put into it, is yours.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Your guests, and your responsibility for them

This is the most important clause here, so it is in plain words. When you add guests to Sealed you are giving us other people's personal details, and those people never signed up with us. You confirm that:

  • you are entitled to share those details with us for the purpose of inviting them;
  • you will tell your guests that you are using Sealed if they ask, and pass on our Privacy Policy; and
  • you will deal with any request from a guest to see, correct or delete their details, and we will help you do it.

In data-protection terms you are the controller of your guest list and we are your processor. We only use guest details to run your celebration. We never sell them, and we never use them to market anything to anyone.

5. Plans and payment

  • Free costs nothing and includes the free experiences.
  • Signature is billed monthly and begins with a three-day free trial. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Heirloom is a single payment rather than a subscription.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; if we change the price of a subscription you are already on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. How long your celebration stays online

While a Signature subscription is active, your celebration stays online. If it lapses, your invitation may stop being reachable by guests, though we will not delete your content immediately. Heirloom includes keeping your celebration online for five years from the date of purchase. We will give you reasonable notice, and a chance to export what matters, before removing anything.

7. What you may not do

Please do not use Sealed to:

  • upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • upload someone else's photographs or music without their permission;
  • send invitations to people who have asked you not to contact them;
  • attempt to break, overload, or find weaknesses in the service without our written permission; or
  • resell or white-label the service without an agreement with us.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first.

8. Who owns what

You keep every right in your own content: your words, your photographs, your guest list. You give us only the permission we need to host and display it, to the guests you invite, for as long as you use the service. We keep the rights in the Sealed software, designs and experiences.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep Sealed running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally take it down for maintenance. Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular level of service.

10. If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or indirect loss.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

11. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly. When the agreement ends we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sealed after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Colorado, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings where you live.
